Should I consider getting a tractor with 4-wheel drive?
Whether you need 4-wheel drive should be determined by the terrain you’ll be working and what you’ll be asking your tractor to do. If you’ll be working flat or level fields and doing crop work a 2-wheel drive should be sufficient. If you’ll be doing a lot of brush hogging or feeding round bales you may be better served by a 4-wheel drive.
I have a 1998 TN New Holland. These guys have had every part for it. Theyre reasonably priced and there isnt a question they havent been able to answer. I drive an hr each way to get to them but well worth the trip.
